I really loved the class. Lots of great information. The tour at Whole Foods was so helpful. Loved all the handouts as it's sometimes hard to consume so much information in a two hour time frame. I would like to learn more about actual cooking, so next time you do a hands-on cooking class, please let me know.
.. also wanted to say thank you for all you taught us during your seminar, I especially liked the part about chewing your food properly and making good choices. I am practicing what you preached and am happy to say I have lost about 9 pounds since then…. So again thanks very much.
